Sam Winch

A frequent lecturer, Sam has taught classes at UWO-Fox Cities and through the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh’s Learning in Retirement program. Sam holds several licenses including Series 65, health and life insurance. He juggles several roles at Winch Financial as president, an investment analyst and an advisor. Previously, he worked as a representative for both Securities America and Woodbury, which gives him added insight into the analysis and review of commissionable products. As a registered investment advisor representative, Sam enjoys a large client base and meets with investors regularly to discuss their retirement goals, financial opportunities and progress. He also makes allocation suggestions and coordinates with members of the investment department to optimize portfolios. Sam is a proud husband to Meghan and father of three sons. Adam Winch, ChFC®

A registered investment advisor representative since 2008, Adam has worked for Winch Financial since he graduated summa cum laude from Luther College in 2006. Initially, he worked as an advisor, meeting clients and analyzing investment opportunities. Currently, he is both a financial advisor and an analyst with the investment team. Adam recently earned the prestiguous Chartered Financial Consultant designation, having passed seven core curriculum courses and an additional course on contemporary applications in financial planning. As a ChFC, Adam honors the fiduciary standard and will always work in the best interest of his clients. He sees a full schedule of clients and meets daily with both the investment team, tracking market trends and investment opportunities. Tanya Winch

Tanya began working with Winch Financial in a remote business development role, which culminated in her gaining her registered investment advisor representative designation. Along with Meghan, she spearheaded a recent exterior renovation that earned Winch Financial the Appleton Northside Business Association Image Award. Tanya also heads up the company’s very active charitable donation program, which earned Winch Financial the 2022 Fox Cities Chamber Corporate Citizenship/Leadership Award. Tanya holds a BA in Communication from Miami University in Oxford, OH. Outside the office, Tanya and her husband Doug, an IT professional, are professional musicians who play in an Austin-based band. Get to know Tanya better: First Job: I rode my bike to Ferron’s menswear on College Ave and vacuumed, dusted and cleaned the bathroom. Most memorable vacation: Our 2018 trip to Scotland, which included multiple days in the delightfully charming city of Edinburgh.  I was not expecting to love Scotland as much as I do.  Hoping to visit again very soon. Coffee or Tea: Both and a lot of them. My mugs are approximately the size of kiddie backyard pools. Dog or cat: Two of the most human (and slightly spoiled) dogs in Texas.  Cats not allowed due to allergies, although I like cats and wish I could snuggle them. Best book you ever read: Tie between East of Eden and Cutting for Stone but the book I read the most often is The Bible. Favorite season: Summer in Wisconsin. Spring in Austin.  

Christina V. Winch

She began her career as a teenager, working at the JP Morgan Trust Company in New York City, and built a nationally recognized wealth management business. In 1981, she founded Winch Financial, based on her analytical, yet creative, approach to the accumulation, management and transfer of wealth with a heavy focus on education. To meet the growing demands of the marketplace and an increasingly complex global economy, Christina surrounded herself with colleagues who share her philosophy and drive for excellence. In 1996 Christina joined the board of directors for Kingdom Advisors (formerly Christian Financial Planning Institute). As a founding member of this highly successful, exclusive group of independent financial planners, she helped guide Kingdom Advisors to enormous growth. Christina earned degrees in English and Finance from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. She is also a graduate of the College of Financial Planning. Christina taught university courses and offered frequent seminars and lectures. Her articles were published in numerous trade publications and she was featured by USA Today, Wealth Manager Magazine, Financial Advisor Magazine and HSN.  

Jeremey Landskron

Among many other client-focused research projects, Jeremey analyzes and prepares reports on individual stocks and securities. He is a key member of the Winch Financial investment team. Prior to working for Winch Financial, Jeremey worked at two other investment firms. He has 18 years of experience in the finance industry, including 13 years of experience focused on investments. Landskron earned a BBA degree in Banking, Finance, & Investments from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Jeremey and his wife, Amanda, a nurse, are the parents of twin boys. Get to know Jeremey better: What was you first job: I worked in roofing/construction. It was absolutely exhausting and I was eager to move to a career in finance as quickly as possible. Describe your most memorable vacation: We regularly go camping all over the state of Wisconsin. My most memorable vacation is probably the camping trip when I asked Amanda to marry me. Coffee or tea: I don’t drink any of that stuff. No hot beverages; no caffeine. I mostly drink water. Cat or dog: We have had dogs, cats and chickens over the years.
